Payment
Payment is processed through PayPal. Dispatch follows payment confirmation. If payment fails or remains pending, contact Spy-IL before submitting a duplicate order.
US shipping
Shipping is charged per item or kit at the rate displayed in your shopping bag and checkout. Orders dispatch from Hollywood, Florida within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit within the US is 3–5 business days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns and order questions
Returns are available within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The buyer pays return shipping. Contact Spy-IL with your order number before returning an item so that the return address and instructions can be provided. For a cancellation request, damaged item, incorrect item or refund question, contact Spy-IL with the order details.
